Quality Control
We custom sort our lobsters by size and quality, assessing weight and shell hardness. After sorting, they are placed in cold water tanks for seasoning. We then pack your exact order, from 1 to 10+ pounds each and quantities from 1 to 2000+ pounds

Facilities
​Live lobsters require specialized handling and packaging. Carefully packed in insulated air cartons, they can be shipped worldwide. Small orders can be overnighted door-to-door, while larger orders can be shipped same day or next day. Being just 20 minutes from Halifax International Airport and shipping terminals, we can take an order at 2:00 PM and have it at the airport by 3:00 PM, minimizing time out of the water.
